You type the work and the price, send it from a template, and the customer opens a link on their phone. They can accept it there. The quote stays on that customer with their texts and jobs.
Open the customer, or the enquiry if it has just come in. You can look at the house on the map, type what you will do, and send the quote. Use a template you already set up for windows, gutters or a patio, in your colours. Add your insurance documents if they ask for them.
You see it in the app and can book the job. If they came from a Facebook enquiry, you can turn them into a customer from there.
