Open the customer and send a message, or tap one you saved earlier, such as “we are nearby tomorrow.” You can also send a photo, a quote link, or a Direct Debit setup link from the same place. Pro and Growth include 200 texts a month.
How it works
How texting works
On Pro and Growth you get a business number in Settings. You text the customer from the app. When they reply, the message lands on that customer — next to their jobs, photos and invoices. It does not go to your personal phone.
On the computer
You see the same messages. Useful if you are catching up on replies when you are not out working.
