How it works

How repeating jobs work

On each customer you set how often they need a clean — every four weeks, every eight, or whatever you actually do. Extero creates the jobs and puts the stops in order on a map. On the day you mark them done on your phone.

On your phone

Open the round and the houses are already in a driving order. You can drag a stop if you know a better route. Mark a job done when you finish. If that customer pays by Direct Debit, you can take the payment at the same time.

  • Set how often on the customer
  • Jobs appear on the calendar automatically
  • A due list so regulars do not get skipped

On the computer

It is the same round. The computer just gives you more room if you are planning the week or moving stops around.
